Use Laplexus carefully and lawfully.
A free place to discuss and learn
There are no purchases, membership fees, subscriptions, or advertisements on this Laplexus. We do not collect payment-card or billing information. The news carousel contains community announcements and updates, not paid placements. Members may discuss products and services, but spam, undisclosed paid promotion, and commercial solicitations are prohibited.
Eligibility and acceptance
Laplexus is intended for a general audience age 13 and older. If you are under the age of legal adulthood where you live, a parent or guardian must authorize your participation. Account registration will ask you to accept these Terms and the Community Guidelines and acknowledge the Privacy Notice. This draft does not itself record acceptance. Keep your account secure and do not impersonate someone else.
Public community content
Posts, replies, profiles, reactions, and shared Method Canvas diagrams are public by design unless a feature clearly says otherwise. Do not include passwords, API keys, account numbers, personal financial information, precise location, private correspondence, or information that identifies someone without a lawful basis.
You keep ownership of content you submit. You grant Laplexus a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, format, display, and distribute it as needed to provide Laplexus and its sharing features, and to moderate it. This license does not authorize selling your content or using it in advertisements. You must have the rights needed to share it. Removing content from public view does not immediately erase backups, moderation records, or copies others lawfully made.
Forecasting and financial-risk disclosure
Laplexus does not provide personalized investment advice, broker-dealer services, investment-adviser services, trading instructions, custody, order routing, or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any asset. Forecasts, probabilities, opinions, historical results, and Method Canvas diagrams may be incomplete, wrong, or outdated. Investing and trading involve risk, including possible loss of principal. Past performance and backtests do not guarantee future results.
No member may use Laplexus to solicit funds, run a pooled investment, offer managed accounts, promise returns, coordinate trading, impersonate a regulated professional, or pressure anyone to transfer money, crypto, credentials, or account access. Report suspected scams immediately.
Moderation and enforcement
Laplexus may remove, restrict, preserve, disclose when legally required, or report content and accounts that violate these policies, create safety or legal risk, or impair the service. Moderation is not a promise to review all content. Users remain responsible for what they post and for verifying any information they encounter.
Service limits
To the extent permitted by law, Laplexus is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited. These Terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or waive class-action rights. We will date policy updates and give notice of material changes, seeking renewed agreement where required.

What this Laplexus handles and why.
Information used to provide Laplexus
Laplexus stores submitted discussions, replies, shared diagrams, media references, profile information, reactions, follows, reports, and moderation records. Account identifiers associate these records with members. Public contributions and public profile details may be read, indexed, or copied by others. Reports, internal account identifiers, and moderation notes are not included in public discussion responses.
We use these records to provide community features, associate contributions with accounts, handle reports, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. Servers receive connection information such as IP addresses, requested URLs, and browser details; hosting and security logs can contain this information. Production authentication and hosting providers and their retention periods have not yet been finalized.
Browser storage and retention
Your browser stores saved-discussion IDs, display and sorting preferences, the guest reading counter, and Method Canvas drafts and view settings. Older browser-only diagram saves remain local until you explicitly save them to an account or share them. Clearing browser data removes these local copies, not server records. Export local diagrams you want to keep first.
Account gallery diagrams are stored on Laplexus server under your account and are not listed publicly. You can export or remove them from the gallery. Attaching a diagram to a post or reply creates a separate public copy; removing it from your gallery does not remove that published copy. Only public methodology belongs in diagrams—never credentials, private prompts, or live trading data. Account galleries require connected sign-in, which is not yet enabled in this preview.
The current build has no automatic expiry for stored discussions or moderation records. Moderation deletion hides a topic rather than permanently erasing its stored record. Local browser data persists until cleared or replaced. A production retention and deletion schedule is still to be finalized; we do not promise immediate or automatic erasure that the current software cannot provide.
Service providers and third-party links
We do not sell personal information, operate an advertising network, or use member information for targeted advertising. This build contains no advertising pixels or session-replay tooling. Free access does not mean that no data is processed.
Pages load fonts from Google Fonts. Opening the emoji picker can load software from jsDelivr; stickers and GIFs can load from third-party media hosts. Video embeds from YouTube, Vimeo, or Loom can connect to the provider when the embed loads, even before playback, and providers may use cookies or similar technology. Such requests disclose connection information, including your IP address, to those providers. Their own privacy practices apply.
If enabled, KLIPY receives the search text you submit, a pseudonymous customer identifier, and provider share events when its media is posted. GIF search is currently disabled unless configured by the operator. We may disclose records to service providers operating Laplexus, to comply with lawful requests, or where legally permitted to address abuse or protect rights and safety.
Your privacy choices
Depending on your state and whether its law applies to the operator, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal information, or appeal a denied request. Applicable rights are not waived by these Terms. Requests may require proportionate identity verification and may be subject to legal exceptions. A monitored privacy contact is still pending in the contact section; do not post a privacy request or sensitive identifying information in a public discussion.
We do not use data for sale or targeted advertising, so this version has no such advertising activity to opt out of. Browser Do Not Track signals do not currently change Laplexus behavior. Any future processing subject to legally required opt-out signals, including Global Privacy Control, must honor those signals before it is enabled.
Children
Children under 13 must not register or submit personal information. Laplexus is not intended for children under 13. If the operator learns that it holds personal information from a child under 13, it must address that information and any applicable parental rights under the law, including COPPA where applicable. Age screening has not yet been implemented in this local build.
Security and changes
No internet service is perfectly secure. The operator must use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information it processes. Material privacy changes must be posted here and, where required, communicated before they take effect.
Community guidelines
Make claims that others can examine.
- Explain the question, uncertainty, evidence, date, and resolution criteria behind a forecast.
- Do not post scams, guaranteed-return claims, solicitations for money or assets, account-access requests, referral schemes, or coordinated trading instructions.
- Do not post private information, credentials, payment details, doxxing material, or instructions to evade security controls.
- Do not harass, threaten, discriminate against, impersonate, manipulate votes or engagement, or use automated spam.
- Do not post child sexual exploitation material or intimate images shared without consent, including synthetic or altered images. Do not repost such material when reporting it.
- Respect copyright, trademarks, and confidentiality obligations. Post only material you have the right to share, and provide attribution where appropriate.
- Keep Method Canvas diagrams public and explanatory. They must not contain executable code, private prompts, credentials, positions, or order actions.
Signed-in members can use a discussion's report control to flag a violation. Public safety reporting and moderation appeals contacts are pending in the contact section. Do not send passwords, financial credentials, or copies of intimate images in a report. For immediate danger, contact emergency services.

Respect rights holders and a lawful takedown process.
Laplexus will adopt and reasonably implement a repeat-infringer policy, remove or disable access to material when legally required, and consider valid counter-notices. Do not treat a removal as a legal determination of infringement.
DMCA agent registration and a functioning notice process are conditions for certain Section 512 copyright safe-harbor protections, not a general license to operate a forum. No registered agent or formal notice contact has been supplied for this build, and Laplexus does not claim those protections merely by publishing this page. Agent contact details will be published here when designated.
What a notice needs
A copyright notice should identify the protected work, identify and locate the allegedly infringing material, provide the sender’s contact information, include the required good-faith and accuracy statements, and contain a physical or electronic signature. Counter-notices must meet the requirements of 17 U.S.C. § 512(g). The operator should have counsel review and operate the notice process.
